Hello and welcome to 3rd grade religious education! I am excited to start a new year. This will be my third year teaching CCD at St. Joseph Parish and I can't wait to get started. I truly enjoy working with children. I hope the students will enjoy their time in the classroom.
I am a 2004 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh where I obtained a B.S. in Psychology. In 2008, I received my Masters of Elementary Education from IUP. I have spent my entire career working with children in different capacities. I had the pleasure of teaching first grade for two years at Saint Joseph School. For the past few years, I have been at home with my daughter.
I grew up outside of Lancaster, PA. I moved to the area for school and have been around ever since. I currently reside in Coraopolis with my husband, daughter and our dog, Ebony. My husband has been a life long member of Saint Joseph Parish and I've been a parishioner since my marriage in 2007. My family enjoys outdoor activities. You might see us out hiking or taking a bike ride along the local trails. I also enjoy reading more than anything.
